Who is responsible

Maxime David LEVERT, trading as Felt Cuts (hello@feltcuts.io), is the data controller for the data described below.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not ask you to fill in a form. Its hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes.

When you contact us or buy

• Email or Instagram / X message: we use what you send us to answer you and run the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest.
• Booking a call: handled by our scheduling provider (name, email and your answers are shared with it to book the call).
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• Footage you send us: used only to produce your reels, and not shared or reused elsewhere without your written agreement.

How long we keep it

Prospect conversations: up to 3 years after the last contact. Client files and invoices: as long as the law requires (accounting records: 10 years). Footage: deleted on request or at the end of the contract.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its use, by writing to hello@feltcuts.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
