1. Seller

These Terms of Sale apply to all services sold on feltcuts.io and through payment links sent by Felt Cuts.

The seller is Maxime Levert, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI, micro-entreprise), trading as Felt Cuts. SIRET 898 662 929 00014. 5 rue Charles Chrisment, 57950 Montigny-lès-Metz, France. Email: hello@feltcuts.io.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

By paying through a Felt Cuts payment link, you accept these Terms. Our services are intended mainly for professionals (creators, coaches, streamers). Section 11 applies if you buy as a consumer.

2. Our services

Felt Cuts edits short-form poker videos ("reels") from the footage, voice-over and hand information you send us. Reels are produced with editing software and AI-assisted tools, under the supervision of a human editor.

• Hand Review Trial: 3 reels, one-time payment. It does not renew.
• Monthly packs (Starter, Growth, Daily): a set number of reels each month, as stated on the payment page, sold as a subscription.

Each reel is made from one hand package: the video clip, your voice-over and the completed hand sheet (the form we provide).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on the Stripe payment page before you pay. They do not include any tax or duty you may owe in your country.

You pay by card, or by another method offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number. An invoice is sent by email after each payment.

If a payment fails, we may pause production. After 7 days, we may end the subscription.

4. Trial and trial credit

The trial is a one-time payment for 3 reels. It does not start a subscription.

If you subscribe to a monthly pack after the trial, the trial price is deducted from your first monthly payment, using the promo code TRIALCREDIT that we send you. The credit applies once, to customers who paid for the trial, and only to the first month of a monthly pack. It has no cash value.

5. Monthly packs and cancellation

• Billing: the monthly fee is charged in advance, automatically by card, on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Unused reels: reels included in a month that you did not send a hand package for expire at the end of that billing month.
• Cancellation: there is no minimum term. Cancel by email to hello@feltcuts.io at least 3 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. If we receive your request later, the next month is still due.
• Changing pack: ask by email. The change applies from the next billing date.
• Our right to end: we may end a subscription with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach (for example non-payment or illegal content).

6. Delivery

We deliver each reel within 48 hours of receiving a complete hand package. 24-hour express delivery is available on request; the price is quoted before we start.

A complete package means usable footage (clear video and audio), your voice-over and a fully completed hand sheet. If something is missing or unclear, we ask you, and the 48 hours start when the package is complete.

Delays caused by missing information, platform outages or events beyond our control are not a breach. We deliver by download link. Download and keep your own copy of delivered reels.

7. Corrections

Included: corrections that make a reel match your style kit and your hand sheet. You get one round of corrections per reel, requested by email within 7 days of delivery.

Errors on our side, for example a card or amount that differs from your hand sheet, are fixed free of charge and do not count as your round.

Requests outside your style kit (a new style, a different story, new footage, a restructured edit) are quoted before we start and only begin once you approve.

8. Your content and rights

You confirm that you own, or have all rights, licences and consents needed for, the footage, voice-over, music, names and likenesses of people shown (including players, venues, productions and streams) that you send us, and that this content does not break any law or third-party right. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your hand sheet, and for making sure what you publish follows the law, advertising and gambling rules and the platforms' rules.

You give us a limited licence to use your content only to produce, deliver and correct your reels.

Once you have paid in full, you receive the right to use the reels we deliver to you for any lawful purpose, worldwide and without time limit, on your channels and platforms. Your original footage stays yours. We keep our rights in our templates, animations, style tools, software and methods. Your licence covers them as part of the reels.

We do not publish your reels, name you as a client or show your work in our portfolio without your written approval (an email is enough).

We may refuse or stop work on content that is illegal, infringes rights or breaks these Terms.

9. Refunds

• Trial: if we have not delivered the reels, we refund the trial. Once the reels are delivered, the trial is not refundable.
• Monthly packs: the fee for a month already started is not refunded, and there is no pro rata refund on cancellation. If we do not deliver a reel included in your pack for a reason on our side, we deliver it late or refund its share of the monthly fee (the monthly fee divided by the number of reels included).
• Charge errors: a duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Liability

We deliver the reels as described, with reasonable care. We do not guarantee views, followers, income or platform decisions, including removals, copyright claims and strikes.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or lost sponsorships. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned (the trial, or the last monthly payment for a pack).

This does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

11. Consumers

This section applies if you buy for personal purposes, outside any business activity.

• Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to hello@feltcuts.io.
• Immediate start: if you ask us to start the service before the 14 days end, which we ask you to confirm at checkout, you pay for the part of the service provided until you withdraw. Once the service is fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal, as you acknowledge when you accept these Terms.
• Legal guarantees: you keep the legal guarantees that apply to you.
• Mediation: if a dispute is not resolved with us, you may use a consumer mediator, free of charge: [TO COMPLETE: mediator name, postal address, website].

12. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. If your footage shows other people, you are responsible for having the right to send it to us. Service providers such as payment, storage and AI-assisted tools may process data for us.

13. Changes to these Terms

The version in force when you pay applies to that order. For subscriptions, we apply a change from the next billing date after 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before then.

We may transfer our contracts to another legal entity that takes over the Felt Cuts business, with 30 days' notice by email and on the same terms. You may cancel before the transfer takes effect.

14. Governing law and courts

French law applies. For professional customers, the competent courts of Metz, France, have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law allows.

15. Language

These Terms are available in English and French. The English version prevails. For consumers resident in France, the French version prevails.
